Representative outcomes

  • Extreme DUI — reduced to Reckless Driving. Pretrial motion practice on breath-instrument calibration led to a charge reduction and avoidance of mandatory 30-day jail.
  • Aggravated DUI (third in 84 months) — dismissed. Stop validity challenge under Terry v. Ohio resulted in suppression of all evidence; State dismissed.
  • Felony fraud — reduced to misdemeanor. Pretrial diversion negotiated; charges reduced and ultimately dismissed on completion of program.
  • RICO defense — acquittal at trial. Multi-defendant indictment; jury found not guilty on all counts.
